Troy Welch, Vice President Business Development

Troy Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Troy attended undergraduate school at Central Texas College where he obtained a Bachelors degree in Career Pilot Technology in 1973.  Due to a downturn in general aviation at that time, he attended Texas Tech University School of Law and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1976.

After several years of practicing law for the Fort Worth firm of Simon & Simon, Troy took a management position with a private oil company headquartered in Fort Worth that involved flying duties (Cessna 421, Swearingen Merlin, and Cessna  Citation).  After fifteen years in that position, Troy went to work for Johnny Vinson at Arch Petroleum where he was Vice President of Acquisitions and later President of Arch Petroleum Ltd., its Canadian subsidiary as well as chief pilot (Navajo and Merlin IIIC).  When Arch was merged with Pogo Producing, Troy began managing corporate aircraft based at Meacham, Alliance, and Dallas Love.  Three years later, he joined Flight Services Company as Director of Aviation with supervisory duties over all facets of the business.

Troy holds an Airline Transport Pilot license and has over 16,000 flight hours.  He is type rated in the Citation 500/550, Citation 560XL, Citation 650, Falcon 10, Astra/Gulfstream G100,  Merlin/Metroliner and Lear 40/45 aircraft and  has extensive experience in the King Air series and Cessna 400 series aircraft.

 Bob Taylor, Chairman & CEO

BobA CPA since 1971, Bob Taylor first became involved with the aviation business in 1998 as President of Executive Aircraft, a fixed base, maintenance and completion company located in Wichita, Kansas. Bob's extensive management experience includes serving as Chairman and CEO of Railroad Savings Bank, a $600 million publicly traded savings and loan, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rent-A-Center, the nation's largest consumer rental company.

Bob, who holds a BA in mathematics and economics from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Michigan, serves as Chairman of the Board of Elecsys (ASE – ASY), an Olathe, Kansas-based contract manufacturer of electronic products and components.  He also serves as a Director of Inergy L.P. (NASDAQ – NRGY), a Kansas City, Missouri-based propane retailer and a Director of Blue Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ-BVBC), a community bank located in Leawood, Kansas. 

 

Keith Plumb, President & COO

KeithKeith has more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate and is type rated in several jets and turboprops, including King Airs, with over 3,000 flight hours.

Keith was formerly with Piaggio America, Inc. as Regional Sales Director for the Eastern U.S.  Keith held the position of Vice President-FBO Operations for Executive Aircraft between mid 1998 through 2000.  He began his career in aviation as a Technical Sales Analyst for British Aerospace and is a graduate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

 

 

Adam Letts, Vice President of Operations

Troy

Adam Letts oversees all areas of operations, including aircraft maintenance, flight scheduling, flight operations, aircraft acquisition and facilities development. Prior to joining Executive AirShare/Executive Flight Services, Adam served as a corporate pilot for PremAir, Inc. of Indianapolis, and as a corporate pilot and director of maintenance for L.S. Management, Inc. of Wichita, KS operating five aicraft in the Learjet 35 and 60 models.

Adam is rated in several types of aircraft, holds an airframe and powerplant technician's rating with inspection authorization, and has logged more than 10,000 hours of flight time throughout his career.

 

 

Dan Siedschlag, Flight Operations Coordinator

DanDan is the Flight Operations Coordinator for Executive Flight Services, and has been with the company since 1994. After graduating from Berea College in Berea, KY., Dan joined the Navy for flight training and served as a helicopter gunship pilot in Vietnam. After a 20-year career in the Navy, he retired as a Naval Commander and became the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations of a FAR Part 135 operation in Dallas. Throughout his career, Dan has accumulated approximately 10,000 hours of flight time, and is type-rated in the King Air 200 and 350, Citation 500 series, Citation 650 and IAI Galaxy/Gulfstream G200 aircraft.  In 2002, Dan transitioned from pilot responsibilities to the management of Flight Operations.

 

 

 

Darrell Miller, Regional Chief Pilot

DarrellDarrell is a University of Central Texas graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management. In addition he has achieved an Associates Degree in Applied Science, Career Pilot, from Central Texas College. 

An experienced Corporate Pilot with over 8,000-flight hours, Darrell has served as Chief Pilot over several flight departments. His duties included overseeing maintaining FAA records, department documents, and crew flight and training records; and directly supervising crewmembers and managing their schedules.

In addition to his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license, Darrell is Captain rated in the Falcon 50, 200, 10, the Citation 650, 560XL, the Astra SP/SPx and the Challenger 600/601.

 

 

 Jim Tate, Maintenance Manager-DAL

jim tate web.jpg Jim Tate is the Maintenance Manager for Executive Flight Services at Dallas Love Field Airport.  Jim received an Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has over 15 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.  Prior to joining Executive Flight Services, Jim was base maintenance manager for Jet Direct Aviation, and has worked in flight operations and maintenance for Raytheon Aircraft Services and Bombardier Flexjet in Dallas.

 

 

 

Tracy Fulmer, Owner Services Rep/Scheduler

TracyTracy is the Customer Service Representative and Scheduler for Executive Flight Services at Fort Worth Meacham Airport.  A graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Tracy has been with the company since 2006.  She assists with scheduling the owner’s aircraft, arranging catering and ground transportation, and ensures the customer’s needs are met.
